PpbRole Description /b We are seeking a dedicated and experienced responsible AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI solutions and processes are designed to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. As such, you will play a key role in adapting our AI project lifecycle, developing or identifying specific libraries for responsible AI, inspiring our AI experts collaborating with the Proximus data governance legal departments to implement proper checks and KPI’s to follow up on. This role requires a keen understanding of AI technologies, a solid developer experience, and a big interest in evolving AI regulatory landscape. As such, we will count on your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency while promoting fairness and accountability in all AI-related activities across the Proximus companies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liInterpret from a technical point of view the AI regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in our AI delivery; /li liDefine document responsible AI best practices within Proximus Ada; /li liIdentify and implement python libraries to be used consistently across our AI use cases to ensure AI compliancy together with our ML enabler team; /li liDocument responsible AI tasks in our existing AI lifecycle based on the policies defined by the Legal team of Proximus; /li liDefine and implement KPI’s to be collected, stored and tracked to ensure compliance with the AI act and ethical standards for all AI use cases; /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI compliancy by design; /li liHelp design and implement company-wide learning content about responsible and trustworthy AI; /li liProvide guidance to our technical AI experts on compliance best practices and ethics and provide support for use cases risk assessment; /li liInvestigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches and implement corrective actions together with your AI experts colleagues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in computer science or related field; /li li3+ years of experience in building responsible AI solutions and applying ethical principles to AI; /li liExperience with developing and implementing AI methodology to ensure compliance with regulations. /li /ul h3Skills Required /h3 ul liExperience in developing responsible trustworthy AI solutions in python; /li liStrong understanding of AI, machine learning technologies and their applications; /li liIn-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to AI (especially EU AI Act, ISO 42K, ...); /li liExperience with AI governance tools (Collibra, ...); /li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills; /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively; /li liHigh level of integrity and ethical judgment; /li liProactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; /li liExperience with Azure AI cloud services is a big plus; /li liKnowledge of data protection law regulations (GDPR, Data Act) is a plus. /li /ul pWe look forward to welcoming a Responsible AI Engineer who will help us navigate the complex regulatory landscape and ensure the highest standards of ethical conduct in our AI developments. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
