* Communication & support: Answer questions from employees and internal/external partners correctly, clearly and accurately. T
* Onboarding & offboarding
* Invoicing: Process payroll-related invoicing in the accounting system (AX), including budget monitoring and receipt of insurance invoices;
* Reporting: Draw up monthly reports, particularly for internal customers;
* Data control : Provide support for data checks from the time management software (Primetime);
* Operational support: Assist the Payroll Comp&Ben team in the event of work overload
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or Accounting, and at least a first relevant experience in an equivalent function.
* Excellent command of French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
* Knowledge of social and labor legislation, and a desire to develop in this field.
