For our client specialised in the pharma sector, we are actively looking for a Labelling & Packaging Supply Coordinator.
Context
You will join the Clinical Supply team responsible for the production of materials for clinical trials. The team is a small operational unit of five people, including the manager. The role focuses on pre-production activities related to labelling and packaging and requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration, flexibility, and an end-to-end understanding of processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Coordination
* Prepare and coordinate activities prior to production
* Create and manage batch records in compliance with procedures
* Manage process orders using SAP and MES systems
* Perform thorough documentation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Participate in daily planning meetings (e.g., whiteboard sessions)
2. Procurement Support
* Execute basic MRP (Material Requirements Planning) activities
* Identify material and component needs
* Place and monitor supplier orders
* Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials
3. Operational Coordination & Support
* Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Clinical Supply Management teams
* Contribute to the discussion and alignment of study timelines
* Support backward planning (retroplanning) activities
* Provide overall coordination and operational support across functions
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in clinical trials, ideally within clinical supply chain operations
* Strong working knowledge of SAP
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills
* Professional level of English, both written and spoken
* Ability to understand and manage end-to-end processes
* Flexible and adaptable approach in a transversal role
Preferred Qualifications
* Initial experience in procurement activities xphnsxz
* Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
* Background in clinical supply chain
* Ability to identify and suggest process improvements, particularly in procurement
Candidate Profile
* Medior-level professional with relevant experience in clinical trials or clinical supply
* Comfortable working in an operational, hands-on, and multi-functional environment
* Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Fast learner with the ability to develop autonomy over time
* Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
This role does not require deep technical expertise in packaging or a specialized procurement background.
