Role You manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution; You maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms; You administer benefits, pensions, leave, and statutory reporting requirements; You reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and collaborate with the Finance team when necessary; You act as a key point of contact within the HR team and assist in critically reviewing processes to identify opportunities for improvement; You support managers and employees as a trusted HR partner; You assist the HR team with daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and drafting employment contracts; You ensure HR policies and procedures align with legal standards; You provide advisory support to the HR team by preparing dashboards, reports, and insights to facilitate decision-making.The requested qualifications for this job include: You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll and HR administration; You possess strong knowledge of payroll systems, employment law, and HR best practices; You are organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in tools like MS Excel and HRIS platforms (knowledge of eblox, Workday, or Protime is a plus); You are an effective communicator and can build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization; You bring discretion, integrity, and accountability to your HR practices; You are fluent in Dutch and English.What does the company offer?
