2023 through strategic partnerships with various organizations, enabling the
deployment of cutting-edge Customer Data Platforms and Data
Solutions. In light of our recent successes and ambitions, we are seeking a
Sales Director with a passion for Data & AI and Customer Experience, to
lead our sales initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales
plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence on the market.
Leading by example, you will inspire a team of sales professionals by
delivering solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.
Your key areas of responsibility as Sales Director:
1. Craft and execute a robust sales strategy focusing on Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Lead and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and development opportunities, focusing on the Data & AI and Customer Experience domains.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
4. Drive the sales cycle from beginning to end, leveraging deep domain knowledge to address customer challenges with tailored solutions.
5. Leverage the customer base from Orange entities (Orange Belgium, Orange Business Communication Services, Orange CyberDefense)
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
7. Ensure the sales team's activities align with the highest standards of customer satisfaction and experience.
8. Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management, providing insights and strategies for expanding market share.
As an ideal candidate you have:
9. A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields, with a strong understanding of Data & AI technologies and Customer Experience strategies.
10. At least 8 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record in the IT services industry, specifically in Data & AI and Customer Experience solutions.
11. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
