The Opportunity
Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as an Agentic Ruby on Rails Engineer.
* You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of professional software development experience.
* 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.
* Advanced English is required.
* Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
* Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs.
* Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
* Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
* Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
* Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems.
* Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
