Our company is located in Meulebeke, where we work with a close-knit team of 27 employees.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assembly Team Leader. You will play a key role in our production process. You will guide and motivate your team and ensure that our machines are assembled with the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the assembly of one or two types of machines.
Your responsibilities
* You assist with assembly and prepare the first machine to verify that everything is correct and meets the required standards.
* You lead a team of assemblers and ensure a positive atmosphere and efficient workflow.
* You coach and support employees so they can perform their assembly tasks effectively.
* You monitor planning and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time, focusing on coordination and resolving obstacles.
* You actively participate in machine assembly, maintain oversight, and contribute hands-on to the process.
* You check the work and ensure the quality of the assembly so that every machine meets the highest standards.
* You follow up on parts deliveries and act proactively to prevent delays.
* You keep the workshop organized and safe, ensuring an optimal working environment.
* You actively think about improvements in work processes and contribute to the growth of Hyler.
Your profile
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or have completed an equivalent technical education.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
* You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
* You possess strong organizational and structured working skills.
* You are hands-on, a team player, and flexible.
