We work with customers across the mineral, chemical, food, fertilizer and pharmaceutical industries, and we pride ourselves on our technical know‑how and our close, long‑term customer relationships.Your MissionTo support our growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on European Sales Manager. Your main goal will be to develop our presence in key European markets, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities aligned with our strategy.Your ResponsibilitiesØ Develop and implement a clear sales strategy to grow our market share across Europe.Ø Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.Ø Represent Lessine at trade fairs, industry events and customer visits throughout Europe.Ø Work closely with our internal teams (marketing, technical sales, project engineers) to ensure smooth project follow‑up and excellent customer satisfaction.Ø Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to continuously refine your sales approach.Ø Achieve the sales targets and KPIs defined with management.Your ProfileØ Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the bulk materials or process equipment industry.Ø Strong understanding of European industrial markets; an existing network is a plus.Ø Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.Ø Fluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, German…) are an advantage.Ø Autonomous, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.Ø Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.Ø Valid driver’s license.What We OfferØ A dynamic and innovative work environment within a growing SME.Ø An attractive salary package with performance‑based commissions.Ø Company car, laptop and mobile phone.Ø Home office flexibility combined with regular customer visits and monthly meetings at our headquarters in Belgium.Ø Permanent full‑time contract.Interested?Send your CV and cover letter to: Mrs. Karen DRAGUET – k.draguet@lessine.comMore information about our company and products: www.Lessine.Com
