At our state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing site in Ghent, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to drive operational excellence and lead a team in delivering life-saving therapies. Your new role Are you ready to lead in one of the most innovative biotech environments in Europe? As Production Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our GMP manufacturing operations. You will: Lead and coach production teams in a cleanroom environment. Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory expectations. Act as a key contact during audits and inspections. Oversee batch documentation, review records, and ensure timely release. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and operational excellence. Your profile At least 3 years of experience in GMP or ATMP manufacturing (biotech/pharma). Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus. Empathetic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with MES/EBR systems is a strong asset.
