The Assignment
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Qualification Plan.
* Coordinate execution activities with external suppliers and partners.
* Act as the primary interface between suppliers, test houses, and the end customer.
* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
* Deliver the final Qualification Report in alignment with project and customer requirements.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Strong understanding of Qualification Strategy and Mission Profiles.
* Familiarity with major Qualification Standards (e.g., ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883).
* Knowledge of ASIC testing methodologies and concepts.
* Experience with Radiation Testing, including Total Ionizing Dose (TID) and Single Event Effects (SEE).
* Competence in statistical analysis and process capability assessment.
