Ph3Overview /h3pDirector, Global Template Owner – Transcend: Global Logistics for Innovative Medicines. Lead multifunction team to modernize pharma ERP and end‑to‑end logistics worldwide. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliIntegrate logistics and transportation into global ERP template and deliver design within program scope. /liliLead functional team to map end‑to‑end logistics processes, selecting solutions that interface with other functions. /liliDrive design closure, prioritize builds, integrate cross‑functional business simulation and cut‑over readiness. /liliPartner with global template team to develop and improve global supply chain processes and integration points. /liliEstablish logistics process design methodology, tools, controls, and cadence. /liliManage cross‑program process interdependencies, implement controls, cadence and risk mitigations. /liliEnsure quality delivery, on time and within budget, partner with program leads for integrated project plans. /liliSupport business adoption and change management, business and site readiness, and training. /liliDevelop program presentations for senior stakeholders and advise on status. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 10 years logistics experience (process systems, delivery, transportation). /liliStrong business functional experience – Operations, Supply Chain, RD in complex multi‑ERP environment. /liliExperience designing, developing and implementing global operational technology processes. /liliProven large‑scale SAP ERP replacement project experience. /liliStrong interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills across program and senior leadership levels. /liliPeople management experience (direct or indirect reports). /liliPharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience – preferred. /liliRequired proficiency in English; German, Dutch or Italian helpful. /liliUp to 50% domestic and international travel and flexible work policy. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pCompetitive base salary, annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, well‑being programs, insurance plans, recognition awards, and professional development opportunities.
