Mission
In This Role You Will
* Manage the delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee all phases of substation and high-voltage infrastructure projects, including design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Monitor daily site activities, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with HV safety protocols.
* Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams on all snagging and commissioning activities.
* Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and quality.
* Implement and monitor project controls, reporting systems, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Review and manage variations, delays, and contractual obligations.
* Ensure all HV and substation works comply with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
Profile
* Proven experience managing high-voltage (HV) and substation construction projects (preferably 110kV and above).
* Strong understanding of AIS/GIS substations, HV switchgear, transformers, and protection and control systems.
* Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
* Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
