Performance & E-commerce Specialist

HEREU is looking for a Performance & E-commerce Specialist to support the growth of our online channel and contribute to the day-to-day management of our e-commerce operations.
This is a hands-on role combining performance marketing, data analysis and operational execution, with direct impact on sales and customer experience.

As we continue our journey of steady and thoughtful growth, we are looking for a senior commercial leader to shape our global sales strategy and strengthen our presence across key markets and channels.
Role
You will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns, monitoring performance and contributing to the continuous improvement of the website and customer journey.
Working closely with the E-commerce and Marketing teams, you will help translate data into decisions and ensure the smooth execution of online activity.
Key responsibilities
Performance & Analytics
* Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Monitor key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV) and performance trends
* Control and adjust paid media budgets based on results and business priorities
* Build regular reports and extract actionable insights
* Collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce on performance-driven decisions
E-commerce Operations
* Maintain the online catalogue (product uploads, pricing, promotions)
* Ensure the website is up to date and functioning correctly
* Support product launches, campaigns and sales periods
* Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion
Customer Experience (support)
* Provide occasional support to customer service during peak periods
* Coordinate with logistics on order-related issues
* Detect friction points in the customer journey and propose improvements
Profile
* 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce or agency
* Proven experience managing Meta and Google campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Hands-on, organised and proactive
* Interest in fashion and sensitivity to product and brand
* Fluent in English
Nice to have
* Experience with Shopify
* Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools
