Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) are expanding their network of professionals in Belgium. Their franchise model offers a proposition for new partners who are remunerated based on their success in reducing their client’s costs.
Do you want to start your own business in consulting?
* Supported by ERA’s successful business concept, develop your own business on an independent basis. An initial investment based on a licence agreement/fee is required to become an affiliate.
* Develop the business with new clients and maintain existing client relationships. Analyse possibilities for cost optimisation, profit increase and assign the appropriate suppliers at the best possible market conditions.
* Work on projects both independently and in close collaboration with local and international colleagues (750+), specialising in specific expense categories. Rely on our proprietary tools and the extensive expertise of the network.
* As part of the Belgian team of around 20 partners work with large and mid‑sized companies, institutions and governments to analyse and consult mainly on non‑strategic expenses.
Profile
* You are a high‑level professional with at least 10 years of experience in any ERA operating area. You want to run your own business under the ERA brand. No previous consulting experience is required. Identify yourself with at least one of the following three roles:
o (1) Business Developer – a strong commercial background and extensive business network, strong contact and communication skills to develop long‑term client relationships.
o (2) Project/Client Manager – the primary contact person for client management/directors, responsible for monitoring and on‑time delivery of projects with a focus on client satisfaction.
o (3) Expense & Project Analyst – analytical, strong with numbers, with expertise in a specific process (purchasing, IT, operations, supply chain, finance & administration, …).
* ERA partners often combine all three roles but have either a more commercial or operational orientation. As this is a franchise opportunity you are willing to invest in your consultancy business and cover operating expenses during the first year.
