What You'll Do
* Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes across multiple departments.
* Gather and structure business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business experts, IT teams, and external partners.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
* Support solution design, testing, and validation in collaboration with delivery teams.
* Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
* Monitor the implementation of IT initiatives to ensure alignment with requirements.
* Produce structured documentation, reports, and BPMN process diagrams.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
* Support training and adoption of new systems and processes.
What you bring
* 3-5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
* Strong experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.
* Ability to create process models (BPMN) and structured documentation.
* Experience collaborating with technical teams during solution design and delivery.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
* Experience working in complex or regulated environments is a plus.
* Knowledge of SAP environments is a plus.
* Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect is beneficial.
