Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture
* Strong architectural skills with mastery of hybrid infrastructures (on-premise and cloud)
* Deep understanding of on-premise and cloud (IaaS) environments
* Knowledge of virtualized environments including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
* Experience with SAN/NAS storage including RAID, zoning, multipathing, and deduplication
* Knowledge of identity and directory management including Active Directory, GPO, PKI, DNS/DHCP
* Understanding of physical and logical security including access controls, hardening, and patch management
* Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning (BCP/DRP)
* Knowledge of backup architectures
* Capacity and performance management skills including dimensioning and KPI definition
* Strong documentation and governance capabilities including Technical Architecture Documentation
* Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, GDPR, Azure Policies, and RBAC
* Understanding of high availability and resilience including availability zones and load balancers
* Knowledge of naming conventions and tagging strategies
* Network and segmentation knowledge including VLAN, routing, firewalling, DMZ, and QoS
* Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as SCOM, Zabbix, and Grafana
