As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening our global partner network within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work closely with System Integrators (SIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive business growth, foster successful collaborations, and maximize the value of our solutions for customers worldwide
Overview:
A seasoned Partner Manager with deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for driving channel growth, enabling SI and ISV partners, and expanding product adoption across the Benelux region. Proven track record in building strategic alliances, developing partner go-to-market motions, and influencing revenue through joint pipeline generation and co-selling initiatives. Skilled at educating partners on product capabilities, positioning value propositions, and accelerating deal cycles through strong relationship management.
Must have SF ecosystem experience, ideally ISV, will also considered candidates from SF or SIs.
Key capabilities include:
* Managing and expanding a partner network across Belgium and broader EMEA
* Working closely with Salesforce AEs, SCs, and Partner Account Managers to align on territory plans and co-selling strategies
* Onboarding and enabling new partners through training, certifications, and technical/product support
* Running joint marketing campaigns, events, and demand-generation programs
* Developing partner revenue forecasts and tracking performance against KPIs
* Strong understanding of AppExchange, partner programs, and Salesforce solution architectures
