We are looking for a first-ever Belgian Customer Success Manager (M/F) to join our mission at EGYM Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities. In this role, you will be part of the Existing Business team (based in Paris), responsible for managing current clients and will be included to the Belgium Team in the Bruxelles offices.

1. Onboarding Management: Support new clients in their start with Wellpass. This includes handover from the sales team, first contact with the client, creating a specific action plan for launch, and tracking KPIs for the first 3 months.

2. Identifying Business Opportunities: Collaborate with other Customer Success Managers to develop revenue and offer the best deals to our clients. You’ll also work closely with the Renewal team, which handles contractual matters alongside the CSMs.

3. Managing the 1-to-Many Portfolio: Using our inbound request management tool (Intercom), you’ll interact with numerous clients (HR, HR Directors, Works Councils) and adapt to their specific needs. Our work is always focused on client satisfaction with a “problem-solver” mindset.

4. Team Project Management: As the CSM team grows, we must develop scalable strategies to meet objectives while handling volume. Each team member manages side projects in collaboration with other EGYM Wellpass departments to optimize processes and boost performance.

5. Event: Host client visits and lead webinars to promote EGYM Wellpass throughout the company and increase engagement.

6. Tool Mastery: You’ll be trained to use internal tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Intercom, Braze, Beefree, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, etc.


Your fitness level

7. Graduate from a top business school or equivalent.

8. Language skills: French & Dutch

9. 2 years of experience in B2B customer relations

10. Strong ability to work with a team spirit while working remotely

11. Excellent writing skills and perfect command of spelling/grammar

12. Creative and proactive, you bring innovative ideas to improve processes

13. A team player who thrives on collaboration

14. Deeply aligned with Wellpass’ mission and eager to support its growth

15. Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
