A leading global logistics company is seeking a Project Manager IT Infrastructure to oversee the management and coordination of infrastructure projects within a dynamic, high tech environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous improvement and innovation of the companys IT landscape, supporting critical operations.
Your Profile
* Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Economics, or a technical field.
* 4 to 6 years of experience in IT project management.
* Experience in the logistics is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English (spoken and written).
* Familiar with a broad range of technologies including storage and network architecture, data centers, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
* Strong result oriented, customer focused, and analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
* Proven experience in team leadership and motivation, with excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
* High regard for safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
* Lead and coordinate the design and development of IT infrastructure alongside your project team.
* Proactively propose and implement improvements and optimizations for the IT infrastructure.
* Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, ensuring the quality and compliance of their services.
Project Management Excellence
* Manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, setting outcome based objectives, working within budgetary constraints and fixed deadlines.
* Communicate effectively to secure alignment and support from all stakeholders.
* Report directly to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Operations.
