Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in International Payments and Charges? We are looking for a Cluster Business Analyst to join a strategic payments transformation initiative within a leading international banking environment.
In this role, you will play a key part in the \"Charges Our\" initiative, driving process improvements, increasing transparency and efficiency in payment charge flows, and supporting the onboarding of new countries and entities.
🔹 What you'll do:
• Lead business analysis activities for complex payment initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Drive feature refinement and support Agile delivery teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT
• Define onboarding roadmaps for new countries and entities
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvement
🔹 What we're looking for:
✔ 10+ years of experience in International Payments, Charges, and related operations
✔ Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
✔ Good understanding of IT and testing
✔ Experience with requirements management
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies, testing, and conceptual modelling
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Fluent English and strong French communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
