Play a key role in the growth of a scale-up with the support of a solid team and leadership.Your responsibilitiesBusiness Development – Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with museums, heritage libraries, cultural institutions, galleries, and relevant stakeholders.Key Account Management – Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients in your region and internationally.Networking On & Offline – Increase visibility for CHARP within and outside your network, both in the real world and online.Sales Evolution – Achieve KPIs, surpass commercial targets, and closely monitor regional performance in the CRM, in line with company objectives.Market Insights & Innovation – Provide sales-driven regional and customer feedback for market insights to support R&D and product innovation strategies.Who you areFluency in English is required, Dutch and other language is a plus.Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and business administration.At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or communications, preferably within the cultural, technological, or public sectors.Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.Excellent networking and communication skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative hybrid/remote team environment.Knowledge of procurement procedures and public tenders is a strong advantage.https://www.charp.be/careers/regional-sales-manager-english-emea
