AlphaCredit is looking for a Product Owner Digital capabilities to join our Benelux team in our offices in Brussels.
The Digital capabilities Squad is part of the d capabilities that design, deliver and continuously improve cross-departments capabilities enabling all business to operate more efficiently and innovatively. The Product Owner Digital capabilities is entitled to drive the roadmap, to deliver the maximum of value, to contribute to the set up of an agile squad and reports to the Tribe Lead.
What is my mission?
As Product Owner of the digital capabilities Squad, you are the corner stone with the Tribe Lead & the business to drive the product vision for the digital capabilities in alignment with the tribes and company objectives. Your mission is to ensure our transversal digital capabilities deliver maximum value, efficiency and scalability for internal and external users.
Your Function
What is expected from me?
I am responsible for managing the Product backlogof the Squad (Features/Stories):
1. I adapt it depending on the Product Vision given by my Tribe Lead, which means I must anticipate Customer needs and Market evolutions so that we make the difference in time; I gather the feed back of the users, acting as the voice of customers
2. I create the User Stories / Features and challenge these ones with the Squad until everyone understands what must be delivered to do it right and fast in collaboration with the Scrum Master and the members of the Squad ;
3. I make the cut in Product Prioritization, by ranking Stories/Features in the backlog for the next Sprints adopting a value-based prioritization method, to cover build & run needs;
4. I test the implementation of the Stories/Features for their Product Release, ensuring that delivery is viable from a Customer acceptance perspective;
5. I actively participate in the Life and the Ceremonies of the Teams I belong to (my Squad, Tribe), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles.
6. I monitor product performance and usage leveraging analytics’ to guide decision-making
7. I facilitate communication and alignment across squads and business units to ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities
Who am I interacting with?
As a Product Owner, I belong to my Squad, and I interact with other teams to develop both our Products and our Expertise:
8. In the Squad, I work daily with Designers, Engineers and Experts in order to build and run the Product we are collectively accountable for;
9. In the Tribe, I work especially with the Tribe Lead, in order to provide him/her with the information needed to establish the Tribe Vision;
10. In the Tribe, I work daily with the other POs in order to coordinate from an end-to-end Feature perspective;
11. I can also work with Colleagues to join the same Communities of practices.
Your Profile
12. A good knowledge of digital capabilities (itsme, IDIN, biometric recognition, European wallet, openbanking, trsuted data..)
13. You are familiar with an Agile Way of Working
14. You have knowledge of the banking sector / consumer finance
15. You are creative & innovative, you are curious in digital tools and technology
16. Problem solving oriented, strategic thinker
17. You are able to take decision and explain, support change
18. You have the ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
19. You are a strong partner and can adapt easily
20. You are fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
