As a freelance HR Payroll Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment. Key responsibilities Lead business analysis for HR and payroll transformation workstreams Gather, document, and validate business requirements from HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders MAP current payroll processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes and system integrations Required skills & experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR and payroll transformation projects Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and HRIS systems Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, ADP, SD Worx, etc.) Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage
