Overview
A major logistics company in Brussels is looking for a Freelance PMO to support programme delivery and ensure strong governance across multiple projects. The focus is on managing timelines, budgets, and resources to keep initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Coordinate resource planning and allocation
Produce PMO reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Support risk, issue, and change management
Maintain consistent governance and documentation standards
Skills & Experience
Proven PMO experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
Strong planning, financial tracking, and reporting capability
Skilled in stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
English required; French or Dutch beneficial
