We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador to support our Banking division, serving Dutch- and French-speaking customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, providing high-quality assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
Communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch.
Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and general banking support.
Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance standards.
Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve team performance.

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus—but motivation and willingness to learn are just as important.
