In this role, your primary focus will be on helping our clients across Europe to bridge the AI gap. By joining us, you will be part of a transformative journey impacting businesses throughout the continent. /p h3Check out some of our ongoing projects /h3 ul liOrange Business dives into restoration of the coral reefs with Tēnaka – In order to monitor the effects of coral restoration programs, we are designing, implementing and monitoring a fish diversity counting system using Computer Vision. /li liWe are supporting a European satellite fleet operator with the analysis of telemetry data to ensure an early detection of any anomaly in the satellite input and output signals and speed up the resolution process, hence improving the quality of service. /li liOur customer Sappi, a global pulp and paper company, requested our help to significantly reduce energy costs and offer capacity in energy balancing markets on a daily basis by creating, deploying and optimizing multiple forecasting algorithms. /li liAgentic AI – automatizing part of the customer service for major retailer through multi-agentic system integrating ERP, CRM data and unstructured technical product documentation. /li liA well‑known energy drink company – requested us to provide an agentic AI on one of their website to support a end‑user creative/brainstorming request. /li liOur internal AI team – is focusing on reviewing / re‑inventing our way to providing IT Consultancy services leveraging power of AI agents and Coding models. /li /ul pOrange Business is recognized “Best in Class” in Europe for 4 AI Categories including “GenAI services” in the 2025 PAC Radar. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pAll the responsibilities we’ll trust you with /p ul liAI Roadmaps: Define and oversee the development of AI roadmaps and ideation sessions at our clients, ensuring they are pragmatic, achievable, and aligned with strategic business initiatives. /li liAI Change Manager: Help an organization successfully adopt AI technologies, not just technically, but culturally, operationally, and strategically. /li liStakeholder engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. /li liPre‑sales support: act as an AI expert to support pre‑sales activities, including offer writing, qualification meetings, value proposition consolidation etc. /li liCollaboration with Data Specialists: Collaborate with data specialists on topics like data governance, data infrastructure, and architecture to support the Generative AI projects. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pWhat matters most for this role /p pYour interests soft skills: /p ul liInterest in digital transformation and data‑driven solutions /li liProactive mindset and outside the box thinking to tackle strategical challenges. /li liYou are able to explain technical concepts to a non‑technical audience. /li liYou are at ease with human contacts and know how to have a professional and commercial approach with customers – leadership, facilitation skills, and stakeholders management. /li liYou value collaboration as a way to succeed /li liStrong communication and presentation skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus) /li /ul h3Your technical expertise /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in the field of Data Science and AI. /li liAI and GenAI Solutions: Deep technical understanding of production‑grade AI and GenAI solutions – Proven track record in designing and developing AI solutions and strategies driving business growth or transformation. /li liStakeholder Management: Experience in managing cross‑functional stakeholder groups. /li liAdvisory Leadership: At least 2 years of experience acting as an advisor or thought leader on Data AI initiatives. /li liData Governance and Architecture: Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Architecture key principles. /li liKnowledge Updates: Maintaining an up‑to‑date knowledge of GenAI technologies and best practices. /li /ul h3Interests and soft skills we value /h3 pWe seek individuals who embody our values – Agile, Expert, Together, and Authentic.br/ You thrive on ambitious goals, collaborate openly, and make a meaningful impact with integrity.br/ We value professionals who combine deep expertise with a passion for learning, innovation, and exceeding expectations.br/ If you show initiative, accountability, and support your colleagues, you’ll flourish with us.br/ Excellence comes from people who lead by example and pursue personal and professional growth. /p h3Why you should join us /h3 ul liA community of experts – as Digital Natives, we put innovation at the heart of our expertise.
