Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and meets customer expectations.
About the Role
The IT Service Delivery Manager will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to our customers. This includes setting up long-term service agreements, managing contracts, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance service quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies aligned with business goals.
* Manage large-scale outsourced IT infrastructure service contracts.
* Collaborate with architects to discuss new technologies and their impact on our architecture roadmap.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Maintain accurate records of service performance, SLAs, financials, HR, and customer relationships.
Requirements
* Masters degree in IT, Business Economics, or equivalent through experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in a similar role.
* Extensive knowledge of ITIL, project management, and budget management.
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments (Data Centers, Network, and Workplace services).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
