Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

* Main Responsibilities:

o Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
o Research and book travel arrangements efficiently while adhering to company policies.
o Develop and maintain a calendar of company events to ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
o Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed for effective collaboration between management and staff.
o Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the management team.
o Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment, including managing office supplies and coordinating maintenance services.
* Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
o A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
o Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

o Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
