About the job

As an Export Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding their client portfolio across Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and the Balkan region.
Your focus is both on developing long-term relationships with existing clients and identifying new market opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with your customers, maintaining regular contact, planning promotional actions and introducing new products.
2. Gaining in-depth knowledge of existing and potential markets to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Organising events together with local partners abroad, and participating when relevant.
4. Representing the company at international trade fairs.
5. Travelling abroad for approximately % of your time.
6. Preparing contracts, quotations, and price lists, and closely following up on payments.
7. Coordinating the follow-up of incoming orders in close collaboration with the Customer Service Department.
8. Working proactively and collegially with other internal departments, such as Marketing, Finance, Production, Purchasing and Back Office.
9. Conducting regular market analyses and reporting on sales performance by country, adjusting strategies where needed.
10. Being responsible for the entire P&L of your region.

About the ideal candidate

11. You hold a Master’s degree.
12. You are communicative, flexible and thrive in an international environment.
13. You are fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
14. You can work independently and have a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
15. Contagiously enthusiastic and dynamic, with a passion for entrepreneurship.
16. You have a genuine interest in the culture and world of premium lifestyle products.
