Our client, a leading provider of professional entertainment technology, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Belgium to concentrate in the region of Flanders. This is a high-impact, B2B field-based role, perfect for a sales professional with autonomy, drive, energy and a genuine passion for developing new business and growing an established network.


About you


The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a sales-first mindset, comfortable pursuing new opportunities and converting them into tangible results and cultivating established customers. You’ll be numbers-driven, confident selling across multiple product groups and able to quickly learn product details to communicate effectively with a variety of clients and channels. You’ll combine ambition with the right attitude to learn, work well as part of a team and embrace the fun, fast-paced culture of the company.


This role requires spending time on the road, attending trade shows, visiting clients and nurturing existing accounts. A proven track record in direct sales, revenue growth and managing pipelines in untapped markets is essential. Resilience, tenacity and the ability to thrive in hands-on field sales are key to success.


What we require


* Experienced in field sales, direct sales and revenue growth.
* Highly motivated and resilient.
* Proficiency in Dutch and English.
* The role also requires strong language skills ideally Dutch and French, with German and English being a plus.
