Electromechanical Project Coordinator
This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial customer contact to successful project completion.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, studies, and quotations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical and financial proposals, maintain project schedules, and control costs.
* You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring seamless project execution at both production sites and customer locations.
* Your tasks will include reporting on project progress, coordinating activities at customer sites, and managing safety documents and subcontractor coordination.
The successful candidate will possess:
* A Master's degree in electromechanics or a related field.
* Knowledge of automation and machine construction.
* A commercial and customer-centric attitude.
* Fluency in at least two languages: English, French, or German.
* Social and communicative skills.
* Ability to manage stress, plan effectively, and lead a structured team.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
* Industry awareness, particularly within the automotive sector.
* Availability for international relocations, targeting 50% annual time.
* Willingness to relocate for short-term assignments (up to two weeks).
