Function
Are you passionate about sustainability and comfortable working with data and regulations? Do you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and working in an international environment? Then this role might be for you
Your role
As an ESG Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring AISIN Europe's compliance with sustainability regulations. You will coordinate ESG data, policies, and reporting across our European entities, acting as a central point of contact for sustainability topics. This position offers high visibility, strong autonomy, and real impact.
What You Will Do
Sustainability & Regulations
Lead the implementation of CSRD and ESRS requirements at European level
Monitor new sustainability regulations and translate them into clear actions
Coordinate and harmonize ESG data and policies across European sites
Act as the main sustainability contact for our European entities
Governance & Compliance
Develop and update internal ESG policies
Support compliance with EU and international regulations (CSRD, CSDDD, EUDR, CBAM, etc.)
Identify risks and support mitigation plans related to sustainability compliance
Prepare ESG reports and respond to internal and external sustainability requests
Collaboration & Representation
Work closely with internal teams and external partners
Represent AISIN Europe in sustainability networks and professional forums
Reporting & Data
Collect, analyze, and report ESG data
Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely reporting
Profile
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental studies, law, political science, sociology, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or compliance
Experience with CSRD / ESRS or similar frameworks is a strong asset
Skills
Strong analytical and data management skills
Comfortable working autonomously and managing projects
Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and French (Czech or Japanese is a plus)
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Mindset
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
Motivated by challenge and impact
Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment
