What does a job within PwC Business Services look like?
1. Project Resource Solutions:As a consultant within our Project Resource Solutions team, you support our clients through temporary assignments in their work environment. You will beassigned totasks in accounting, financial or businesscontrolling, consolidation, support ERP projects, management reportingtoolsor interim management.You use the skills youacquiredexternally or within PwC to address workforce gaps for a few weeks or several months.You are part of the client’s financeteamand you are interested in supporting different stakeholders within their company on different finance-related topics. Advise your clients, improve their processes, run operations within their finance department, andassistthe client in building or changing their financial processes.
2. SME Accounting and Advice: Whatever the business, small or larger, we have the experience andexpertiseto offer tailored operational solutions for each stage of the company’s growth, from strategy through execution. You work side by side with our clients on their accounting and tax compliance.You are interested to support themwith thefinancial challenges they face,wheaterit is operational finance, tax compliance or related to reporting,consolidationor transactions (mergers, acquisitions,valuation,...).

Your impact
As aSME Accountant and Tax Advisor,you'llmake an impact by:
3. Being in charge ofmanaging your own client portfolio and performing their taxand accounting obligations, such as drawing up annual accounts, personal income tax, corporation tax, VAT returns. In addition, you willbe requiredto perform, according to the specific needs of customers, other diverse and varied tasks, such as reporting, budgeting, etc.;
4. Getting the opportunity to work for diverse clients active in a variety of industries.That means that you will constantly evolve by learning new and different skills depending on the client’s needs;
5. Managing your clients autonomously andbeing responsible forthe communicationwith them. You will get the guidance of a manager and the help, if needed, from your competent and experienced colleagues;
6. Becoming gradually a trusted advisor for your clients. You will constantly have an eye on the possible risks and different opportunities relevant to them;
7. Supervisingyour team members andtakingup quality assurance tasksin order todeliver results in a responsible manner.
About you
8. You have a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Accounting/Tax/Finance;
9. You have at least 2 to 8 years of experience in Accounting/Tax/Finance;
10. The title of ITAA certified accountant/tax advisor is a plus;
11. Your mother tongue is Dutch orFrenchand you express yourself fluently in English;
12. You are familiar with MS Office; any knowledge of otherspecialisedprograms is highly appreciated;
13. Youare able towork on your own and you have a good sense of responsibility;
14. You are dynamic,flexibleand professional.
