Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

* Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
* Organize and maintain filing systems and office records
* Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
* Experience with office management software or ERP systems
