Mission
You manage domestic and international fixed-price decommissioning projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
You lead internal and external communication throughout project execution and during negotiations for additional scope.
You coordinate consortiums and partners from the offer phase through contract execution.
You define execution strategies and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
You use and support project management systems to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting to senior management.
You resolve complex technical, commercial, and regulatory issues to ensure high-quality project delivery.
You negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure profitable contracts and manage contractual changes.
You promote a strong culture of nuclear, industrial, and operational safety across all projects.
Profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent recognized qualification.
You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry.
You hold a PMI certification or an equivalent project management credential.
You have proven experience in developing and implementing new business opportunities.
You are business fluent in English and French or English and Flemish.
