Overview
As a
Service Designer
, you will shape, improve, and orchestrate end‑to‑end service and product experiences. Your mission is to translate user needs and strategic objectives into intuitive, coherent, and efficient services. You will drive user research, design holistic service journeys, facilitate co‑creation, and ensure the overall quality and consistency of the user experience across all touchpoints.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
User Understanding & Research
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and expectations.
* Translate insights into actionable requirements and strategic recommendations.
Service & Experience Design
* Model user journeys, service flows, personas, and blueprints to visualize current and target experiences.
* Design end‑to‑end services that are coherent, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
Co‑Creation & Prototyping
* Facilitate co‑design workshops with users, business stakeholders, and project teams.
* Create wireframes and prototypes, and run user testing loops to validate concepts.
Experience Quality & Alignment
* Ensure consistency and quality across all service touchpoints.
* Guide teams on UX best practices and compliance with accessibility standards.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Work closely with development teams to support the translation of service concepts into delivery.
* Promote agile and iterative practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
* Evaluate solutions using metrics, feedback loops, and usability tests.
* Recommend enhancements based on usage data and performance indicators.
Security & Compliance
* Apply and promote the organisation's information security guidelines and standards.
