Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
. This role will play a key part in shaping the
HR systems roadmap
, advising on new SuccessFactors capabilities, and supporting the evolution of the current landscape. The position also carries a
product-oriented element
, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead functional ownership of
SAP SuccessFactors modules
(e.g. Act as a
trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
, translating requirements into scalable solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure
successful delivery and adoption Take on a
product ownership mindset
, prioritising enhancements and aligning with business value
Proven experience as a
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Experience working closely with business stakeholders in a
consultative capacity Strong communication skills with the ability to operate across
functional and technical teams
Experience in
financial services or regulated environments Exposure to
SAP HCM integration or SAP BTP Previous experience acting as a
Product Owner or similar role
