Your Responsibilities | Compliance – Regulatory – Finance – Law – Funds
* You will manage compliance matters for a portfolio of funds.
* Reviewing the due diligence of new investors will be one of your daily tasks.
* You may assist the Head of Compliance during audit processes.
* You will liaise with the first line of defense.
* You will be expected to draft and review detailed reports and present them to the board.
Profile and Career Path | Compliance – Regulatory – Finance – Law – Funds
* You have at least 3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in a similar environment, such as a PFS, fiduciary, or AIFM, allowing you to quickly adapt to your new role.
* To ensure effective communication with your stakeholders, you are fluent in both French and English .
* You are organized and proactive, enabling you to work efficiently on a daily basis.
* Strong knowledge of funds is essential for understanding the types of vehicles you will be working with.
