As a highly skilled flight crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights. This role contributes significantly to upholding our high standards of safety and service.
* Actively participate in pre-flight briefings to stay informed about all flight specifics.
* Evaluate and implement strategies to enhance on-time performance.
* Address any problems or concerns that arise during the flight and take necessary actions in consultation with the captain.
* Maintain awareness of safety and security protocols throughout the flight.
* Represent the company's values and promote them as an ambassador.
* Foster effective teamwork and assist colleagues when needed.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL). Additionally, you should have a valid type rating with a valid Instrument Rating (IR). Your experience should include 1500 hours on aircraft such as the B737/B747/B757/B767 or B777/787. You should also have acquired at least 2000 hours on aircraft with a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of more than 44 tons. A European Language Proficiency level of 5 or better is required, as well as the ability to work and live in Belgium without restrictions. All relevant certificates, including those related to health, are mandatory for entry into the territories served by our airline.
