Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the full end‑to‑end Human Resources and Administration function, leading a regional HR team that spans HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Administration, and HR operations. You will provide strategic direction while ensuring excellence in core HR disciplines, including budget management, manpower planning, organisation development, policy design, HRIS optimisation, and rigorous compliance across multiple locations. As the key HR leader safeguarding the organisation's people practices, you will ensure consistent governance, legal adherence, and risk mitigation for Hong Kong and its regional offices. Beyond operational leadership, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's people‑oriented culture, driving positive employee engagement, enhancing the end‑to‑end employee journey, and building an environment where staff feel valued, understood, and motivated to contribute. Working closely with senior leaders, you will champion strategic workforce planning, modernise HR frameworks, uplift C&B and performance structures, and implement policies that balance business needs with employee well‑being. This role demands a seasoned, empathetic, and commercially minded HR executive who can influence at the highest levels, shape organisational culture, and build scalable, progressive people practices that support the company's continued expansion and transformation.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be an experienced and people‑centric HR leader with approximately 20 years+ of progressive human resources experience, including at least 5-6 years in a Head of HR & Administration capacity within sizable organisations. Demonstrating a strong "people‑first" mindset, they will have a proven track record of cultivating positive workplace cultures, driving employee engagement initiatives, and elevating the overall employee experience across diverse workforce groups. Exposure to multiple industries is highly advantageous, as it reflects the versatility, adaptability, and broad perspective needed to support a multifaceted business undergoing transformation. Exceptional communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken, are essential, along with the ability to influence, partner with, and earn the trust of senior leaders, frontline staff, and cross‑regional stakeholders. This individual must also bring a strong leadership track record in managing and developing HR and Administration teams.
