Partner Growth Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enable Odoo Partners to sell and implement Odoo software effectively
* Act as a business coach to help partners improve their operational efficiency and grow their Odoo business
* Establish long-term relationships with partners based in Europe and Africa
* Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers, promoting the right value proposition
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
* Fluent in English, Dutch, and any other European language an asset
* 1-4 years of technology sales experience
* Ability to empower and challenge partners
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Passionate about sales and driving results
