Your
main responsibility
is to
contribute to the
best client experience
through a
service minded
approach to both prospects and clients and
efficient and accurate
sales administration.
Reporting to the
EMEA Sales Manager, Karl Gheysens:
Support the Sales Team in
building strong relationships with both customers and prospects
by ensuring
timely follow-up of all customer phone calls and e-mails
You create plus maintain the customer cards
in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as well as
ensuring the credit limit approval process is implemented
You are
responsible for the RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorisation) files plus the
internal sales process documentation, all sales reports and the CRM (Salesforce)
Occasionally you provide
price lists and lead-time information
as well as preparing
sales quotes ensuring EU regulations
are adhered to plus managing the
administration to loans
You are the
SPOC for clients
whose orders have been confirmed meaning you
inform them of shipping delays and late payments
In order to
deliver in your role,
you will
also
enjoy many internal contacts
including the Order Processing, Technical Support and Finance Teams
Very sound English (written and spoken)
