Your responsibilities:
In this position, you will serve as a vital member of the search execution team, collaborating closely with Managing Directors and Associates. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Participating in search start-up meetings to develop a targeted direct search strategy in conjunction with Managing Directors and Associates.
* Identifying potential candidates through meticulous research and leveraging our proprietary database.
* Presenting job opportunities to prospective candidates, sharing position papers, and conducting pre-screening assessments.
* Schedule interviews between potential candidates and Managing Directors/Associates.
* Compiling and maintaining progress reports for presentation to Managing Directors and clients.
* Collaborating with the Research Department to stay abreast of relevant market trends and challenges.
* Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information by processing data in our proprietary database.
Your profile:
* A bachelor's or master's degree qualification.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
* Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
