IntroductionAre you ready to kickstart your career in real estate? Wanaka Partners is looking for a Property Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the essential link between tenants, suppliers, and our internal team. Together, we ensure that our buildings are not only in excellent condition but also deliver satisfaction to our tenants. Think offices, retail spaces, hotels, and warehouses – vibrant locations where you can truly make a difference!Your responsibilitiesPoint of contact for tenants: Be the go-to person for tenant inquiries, requests, and reports. Whether it’s a minor repair or a larger project, you’ll ensure smooth follow-up and resolution.Coordination of interventions: Collaborate with a network of specialized suppliers (e.g., elevators, climate control, electricity) to ensure seamless operations.Collaboration with experts: Work closely with our Property Managers and Asset Managers to maintain buildings in top condition. Together, you’ll ensure tenant satisfaction and impeccably maintained properties.Reporting & communication: Prepare clear reports for clients and keep tenants informed about planned interventions and maintenance works. Your communication brings clarity and peace of mind.Focus on quality and safety: Oversee inspections and maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with the highest standards.What makes this role exciting?Impact: You’re the key link between tenants and the technical team. Knowledge of English is a plus.Customer-focused, communicative, and solution-oriented.Flexible work location: Choose to work from an office in Antwerp, Brussels, or Mont-Saint-Guibert.
