Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group. With headquarters in Alicante, Tempe brings together more than 2,000 professionals of different nationalities. All Inditex brands are represented within Tempe: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho and Stradivarius, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product and Distribution teams.


This position is based at Inditex Headquarters in Tordera (Barcelona) and works in close coordination with Tempe teams.


Role purpose

Define, plan and execute the online commercial strategy for the season for the assigned international markets and product lines, through key digital partners and marketplaces, selecting the product and setting the commercial, distribution and communication guidelines to achieve the established objectives.


Main responsibilities

* Provide the information and content required for press minisitess and showrooms to promote product visibility.
* Define the product image for each campaign, deciding on presentation, looks and key details in coordination with the Image team.
* Assess and select the product to ensure it is adapted to international markets, identifying specific gaps or needs per market.
* Define, plan and execute the commercial product strategy across marketplaces: product life cycle, collection updates, cross-selling with apparel, inclusion in special content and campaigns.
* Define and plan the timing and quantity of merchandise to be available on partner platforms, including the initial roll-out strategy by market.
* Ensure the availability and quality of all content required to enable sales: graphic materials, product descriptions, translations and technical details.
* Propose and coordinate comprehensive communication plans (on and off platform), working with web, social media and other digital channels, as well as the development of graphic assets for marketing actions.
* Analyze marketplace and web performance metrics to detect product, content and merchandising opportunities, generating valuable insights for the business teams.
* Coordinate with key marketplace partners (e.g. Zalando) to ensure optimal product performance, visibility and commercial execution.


Academic background

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising or similar.
* Master’s Degree or postgraduate studies in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management or Marketing. Specialisation in fashion companies will be highly valued.


Specific knowledge and skills

* High level of English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
* Solid understanding of sales and marketing.
* Analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
