What they do
Support on incidents, problems and change management
User assistance for application functionality issues and knowledge
Application technical error analyses and reporting
EIM (Emergency Incident Management): Stand-by services to coordinate critical situations with applications
Monitoring of application availability and messaging interface interruption
Application configuration requests
Application and messaging testing verifications
Keep all required documents up to date
Participating in on-call schedule
What they require
Basic understanding of the Global DHL Express movement operations (air & ground)
Experience as Field Operations, Service Desk Agent is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio
Can do mentality.
