This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on technology and high-level operations roles, while also contributing to employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility and attract the best professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and align recruitment strategies.
* Source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
* Drive employer branding initiatives, creating and promoting content on LinkedIn.
* Support high-volume hiring as the company scales.
* Ensure recruitment aligns with our company culture and values.
* Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel for recruitment materials and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience with end-to-end recruitment, preferably for tech profiles.
* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.
* Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods and employer branding.
* Fluent English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
