As an L&D Specialist your responsibilities are:
* Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
* Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads and employees.
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
* Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
* Manage the learning management system and track employee progress.
* Support the Human Resources team with talent development strategies.
* Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into training solutions.
A successful L&D Specialist should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
* Experience in learning and development or training roles within the business services industry.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication in English & Dutch, french is a plus
* Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
* An innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
