An excellent opportunity to join a well-established international firm as a Office Manager in Brussels. This role is ideal for a senior office professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and being the go-to person for all things office-related. You'll be working across 5 days (Monday–Friday) in a fully office-based position. They are offering up to 40k euros per year with some great benefits

KEY DUTIES:

* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a smooth and professional working environment
* Managing office budgets, suppliers, service contracts, and facilities
* Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and building management
* Supporting HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and maintaining employee records
* Coordinating internal meetings, office events, and occasional travel arrangements
* Ensuring all health & safety, security, and operational policies are up to date and followed
* Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team

WHO YOU ARE:

* 3+ years' experience in an Office Manager, Operations, or Facilities role
* Highly organised, dependable, and confident managing a busy office environment
* Strong problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and streamlining operations
* Fluent in English and French
* Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office and office management systems
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a wider team
