SAP Logistics & Process Integration Analyst
The Role
You will support global logistics operations by acting as a key link between business processes and systems. The role focuses on SAP logistics expertise, EDI/interface management with logistics partners, and continuous improvement initiatives. Positioned as part of a small center-of-excellence team, you will help ensure stable operations, troubleshoot system and process issues, support end users, and contribute to harmonization projects across the global supply chain. This is a hands-on role suited for junior to mid-level profiles who want to deepen their SAP and logistics process expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support global logistics operations by troubleshooting SAP and process-related issues
* Manage and optimize SAP logistics processes and master data governance
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve EDI and system interfaces with 3PL partners
* Act as first-level support for end users, including incident follow-up and training
* Participate in process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives
* Represent logistics operations in cross-functional and global supply chain projects
* Contribute to system and process documentation and knowledge sharing
* Occasionally support urgent order or shipment execution during operational peaks
Requirements
Must have:
* Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules (ECC or S/4HANA; MM, SD, EWM exposure preferred)
* Experience managing or supporting EDI or system interfaces with 3PLs (mandatory)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to understand end-to-end logistics processes
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* Ability to work autonomously after onboarding
* Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset
Nice to have:
* French language skills
* Experience in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies
* Initial project management experience
